How long do you need to design and make banner?
Although we can get them made in only a day or 2, ideally 1-2 weeks is advisable, to allow for us to comfortably make, and post if required. (Most postage only takes 2-3 days, but it can occasionally take 1 week)

Can I edit/ change my design?
A) Absolutely! Once you commit, we will send, not 1, but multiple designs for you to look at, and they're just ideas. You will be able to swap/change anything!! If you have any other ideas or see anything you like on our Facebook page (or anywhere else), take a screenshot and send through so we can do something similar.
Do I pay upfront?
Yes. As we can spend hours on your design upfront payment is required, and confirms to us the banner size for designing purposes also. As a change of size would mean our initial designs would have to be redesigned again.
And if for any reason you don’t go ahead with the banner purchase we will refund your purchase (less a $40 fee 'ONLY' if we have worked on designs for you) Otherwise we will refund 100% 😊
